About the Role: Join our creative team as a Designer specializing in event decor and styling. You’ll transform client visions into stunning visual concepts and oversee their execution, creating Instagram-worthy spaces that leave lasting impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design presentations for diverse events
- Create detailed mood boards, color palettes, and design layouts
- Coordinate with vendors for floral, lighting, and decor installations
- Conduct site visits and provide on-ground creative direction
- Stay updated on latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas
- Manage design budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in event styling, decor design, or interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse event design work
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar)
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and aesthetics
- Knowledge of Mumbai’s decor vendors and resources
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
