About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate Wedding Coordinator who understands that every love story deserves a perfect celebration. You’ll work closely with couples to plan their dream weddings while managing logistics, vendors, and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in complete wedding planning from initial consultation to execution
- Coordinate with photographers, caterers, decorators, and entertainment vendors
- Manage wedding timelines and ensure smooth flow of ceremonies
- Handle client communications and address concerns promptly
- Oversee on-site coordination during wedding events
- Maintain detailed documentation and vendor contracts
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in wedding planning or event coordination
- Deep understanding of various wedding traditions and ceremonies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of Mumbai’s wedding venues and vendor community
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
